Every Ingredient, Named And Explained
Six ingredients total: three active BHB salts sharing a 60mg blend, plus three inactive materials that make up the capsule itself.
Magnesium Beta-Hydroxybutyrate
A mineral-bound form of BHB. Beyond the BHB contribution, magnesium itself plays a role in hundreds of bodily processes, though the amount contributed here specifically isn't broken out from the blend total.
Calcium Beta-Hydroxybutyrate
The same base compound, bonded to calcium. Calcium's general role in the body is well documented; its specific contribution at whatever dose is used here is not disclosed.
Sodium Beta-Hydroxybutyrate
The third salt in the blend. Sodium BHB is a common form used in commercial BHB blends generally, in part because it tends to be more affordable to produce than some alternatives.
Microcrystalline Cellulose
An inactive bulking agent, used widely across the supplement industry to give a capsule's contents enough volume and consistency to fill reliably.
Gelatin Capsule
The outer shell. Standard for capsule-format supplements; not derived from a vegetarian or vegan source unless otherwise specified.
Magnesium Stearate
A manufacturing aid that keeps powdered ingredients flowing smoothly during production. Used in small amounts and not considered part of the active formula.
What The 60mg Figure Does And Doesn't Tell You
It confirms the total combined weight of the three active salts per serving. It does not tell you whether the blend is evenly split, dominated by one salt, or something in between. Since we couldn't locate independent testing of this specific formula, we can't estimate that split for you either — and we'd rather say that plainly than guess.
